Is an e-signature legally binding in the UAE?
Yes, for most business contracts, rental agreements included. UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on electronic transactions recognises electronic signatures. A few documents are excluded, such as wills and family matters, property title deeds and anything that must be notarised. If you are unsure about a specific contract, ask your lawyer.
Do you hold my money?
No. Your client pays straight into your own payment account. We never touch the money.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in [COUNTRY]. Signed agreements are sealed and kept for seven years under a write-once lock, so nobody can change them, us included.
When does it launch?
We plan to open in [MONTH]. Founding members get access first, and we will message you before then.
What does it cost?
A monthly plan, with the founding prices above for founding members. WhatsApp messages and ID checks are optional add-ons, priced per use. Prices are provisional until launch.
